  Overview:
  SAP transaction code VA26 is used to process multiple quotations in a collective manner. This transaction code allows users to create, change, and display quotations in a single step. It is a useful tool for sales personnel who need to quickly process multiple quotations. 
  
  Functionality: 
  VA26 enables users to create, change, and display quotations in a single step. It also allows users to copy existing quotations and create new ones from them. Additionally, it provides the ability to delete quotations and view the status of each quotation. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code VA26 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the customer number and select “Copy” from the menu bar. 
  4. Select the quotation that you want to copy and click “Copy” again. 
  5. Enter the new customer number and click “Save” to save the new quotation. 
  6. To view or change an existing quotation, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the customer number of the quotation you want to view or change. 
  7. To delete a quotation, select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the customer number of the quotation you want to delete.
