VA25 - Details

  Overview:
  SAP transaction code VA25 is used to display a list of sales quotations in the SAP system. It is a part of the Sales and Distribution (SD) module and is used to view, create, change, and delete sales quotations. 
  
  Functionality: 
  VA25 allows users to view all sales quotations in the system, including those that have been created, changed, or deleted. It also allows users to create new sales quotations and edit existing ones. Additionally, it can be used to delete sales quotations that are no longer needed. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code VA25 in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the appropriate quotation type from the drop-down menu. 
  3. Enter the customer number in the Customer field. 
  4. Enter any additional search criteria as needed. 
  5. Click on Execute (F8). 
  6. The list of sales quotations will be displayed on the screen. 
  7. To create a new quotation, click on Create (F5). 
  8. To edit an existing quotation, select it from the list and click on Change (F6). 
  9. To delete a quotation, select it from the list and click on Delete (F7). 
  10. When finished, click on Save (Ctrl+S) to save your changes or Exit (F3) to exit without saving changes.
