  SAP transaction code VA25N is used to display a list of quotations in the SAP system. It is a part of the Sales and Distribution (SD) module and is used to view, create, change, and delete quotations.

  VA25N allows users to view all quotations in the system, including those that have been created, changed, or deleted. It also allows users to create new quotations and edit existing ones. Additionally, it provides users with the ability to delete quotations that are no longer needed. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code VA25N in the command field. 
  2. Enter the selection criteria for the list of quotations you wish to view. 
  3. Click on “Execute” to display the list of quotations that meet your criteria. 
  4. To create a new quotation, click on “Create” and enter the necessary information. 
  5. To edit an existing quotation, select it from the list and click on “Change”. 
  6. To delete a quotation, select it from the list and click on “Delete”. 
  7. When you are finished, click on “Save” to save your changes or “Cancel” to discard them.
