Message type: E = Error
Message class: VSCAN - Virus Scan Interface
Message number: 006
Message text: Virus scan server &1 is not active (application server)
Virus scan server &V1& is not currently active.
The following message was generated during the connection test:
"&V2&&V3&&V4&".
Since this server is configured as a "virus scan server started/stopped
by the application server", the system will now activate the CCMS
auto-reaction method that attempts to restart the server.
This message should no longer appear after a successful restart of the
virus scan server. Since the auto-reaction method and the CCMS monitor
are only activated at certain time intervals, there can be some time
before the successful restart and it being recorded in the CCMS. You
can find out how long this timeframe is from your administrator.
If the restart is not successful, try to find out why the virus scan
server was not started. The virus scan server trace file can provide
clues to help you do this.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
