What causes this issue?

The maximum length of the list is 132 characters. Two of these
characters are required for the selection indicator.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Shorten the list by
- reducing the number of spaces
- reducing the length of the fields
- reducing the number of fields in each line etc.
