What causes this issue?

You have attempted to refer to an existing shipment. Using the
reference parameters of the IDoc (E1TPSHH-SRVID1 = <(>&<)>V1
&, E1TPSHH-CARRID = <(>&<)>V2&), however, the system was able to find
more than one shipment. The IDoc cannot be allocated to one unique
shipment because the parameters for the shipment type and the
transportation planning point are also the same.

System Response

Processing is terminated.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
