  • What causes this issue?

    You have not selected a call. The system tries to automatically
    determine which call the action is to be carried out on. The required
    action can, however, only be carried out on a call in status &V1&. No
    calls with this status are currently present, therefore the system
    cannot select a call.

    System Response

    The action is not executed.

    How to fix this error?

    Since no suitable call for the action is present, check whether you do
    actually want to execute the action. If you do still want to execute
    the action, select a call.
