    The called number cannot be assigned to a work center and cannot
    therefore be assigned to a user. Telephony servers capable of
    processing the call were found, but no suitable extension number was
    assigned to these.
    Possible causes:
    The specified extension number is not assigned to a work center.
    The specified extension number is assigned to a work center but the
    telephony server assigned to this work center is not correct. For
    example, the server has a different number prefix. It is also possible
    that the server attributes have been maintained incorrectly.

    How to fix this error?

    You should check the settings for the work center that was to have
    received the call.
    You should check the settings of the telephony server that is assigned
    for the work center.
