What causes this issue?

The called number &V1& was converted to number &V2& according to the
conventions for number conversion in the case of inbound calls. This
number was compared with the number prefixes of all known telephony
servers. No matching entries were found.
There are a number of possible causes:
The called number was entered incorrectly or transferred incorrectly by
the telephone system.
The rules for number conversion for inbound calls have been maintained
incorrectly.
The number prefixes of the sites have been maintained incorrectly.

System Response

Without a telephony server ID, the extension number and therefore the
work center and the user cannot be determined.
