    servers. No matching entries were found.
    There are a number of possible causes:
    The called number was entered incorrectly or transferred incorrectly by
    the telephone system.
    The rules for number conversion for inbound calls have been maintained
    incorrectly.
    The number prefixes of the sites have been maintained incorrectly.

    Without a telephony server ID, the extension number and therefore the
    work center and the user cannot be determined.
