A virus scanner has been connected and was configured to the system. As
the system has to scan for viruses on every incoming web service
message, the scan failed.
Inform the administration to verify the problem on the virus scanner and
its configuration. No further message will be processed and all message
could run into the status of system error.
The scan for viruses on messages payload and its attachment failed. As
all incoming messages are scanned for viruses the messages will not be
processed. Check the system configuration of the virus scanner which is
connected and look for problem reports in the scanner log.
