At this time, the system does not support an archiving function for
trip planning data. Trip number &V1& has trip planning data. The trip
can be archived, but its planning data cannot. This would give rise to
data inconsistencies after archiving has been performed. For this
reason, you cannot archive trips with trip planning data.

The employee with trip number &V1& is rejected by HR preparations for
archiving. The trip data cannot be archived.
