record (0003). This retroactive accounting limit comes before the
retroactive accounting limit set for archiving. Therefore, retroactive
accounting would no longer be possible in this period after archiving
has been performed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You can proceed as follows:
Delay archiving until the next regular payroll run is complete.
Remove the personnel number in question from the archiving group, and
archive this personnel number's data the next time archiving is
performed.
