    You activated a check on whether credit memos for archiving still
    contain valid arrangements in Purchasing.
    In certain circumstances, a database index (index ABR for table EBOX) is
    required, and this is not active in this system.

    System Response

    The system issues this message as information and prevents archiving
    from being carried out while the check is still active.

    How to fix this error?

    Contact your system administrator.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    You either need to activate the relevant database index or deactivate
    the check for Subsequent Settlement. However, if you deactivate the
    Subsequent Settlement check, this may mean that other documents are
    archived that are settlement documents for an arrangement with a
    validity period that has not yet expired. See OSS Note 0169822, and the
    documentation on archiving object FI_DOCUMNT.
