Message class: NAA - Subsequent settlement (Purchasing)
Message number: 534
Message text: Activate index for table EBOX (contact system administrator)
You activated a check on whether credit memos for archiving still
contain valid arrangements in Purchasing.
In certain circumstances, a database index (index ABR for table EBOX) is
required, and this is not active in this system.
The system issues this message as information and prevents archiving
from being carried out while the check is still active.
Contact your system administrator.
You either need to activate the relevant database index or deactivate
the check for Subsequent Settlement. However, if you deactivate the
Subsequent Settlement check, this may mean that other documents are
archived that are settlement documents for an arrangement with a
validity period that has not yet expired. See OSS Note 0169822, and the
documentation on archiving object FI_DOCUMNT.
