Message text: Quota record &1 not valid for entire period from &2 to &3
In Customizing, a delimited record is entered for each quota type. This
means that there may be several Customizing records for one quota type.
These records have different characteristics and do not overlap.
In this case, the system has recognized that the record corresponding
to the quota type &V1& is not valid for the entire <ZH>deduction
interval</> of the quota entitlement being processed. If the 'deduction
from date' and 'deduction end date' fields are not filled, they are set
internally to match the 'valid from' and 'valid to' dates of the quota
entitlement.
The current quota entitlement cannot be saved as the time unit or
another counting-related feature changes during its validity period.
This means that a correct quota deduction cannot be made.
Please check the definition of the quota type &V1& and its validity
intervals. Adjust the <ZH>deduction interval</> of the current quota
entitlement accordingly. If no deduction interval is specified, adjust
the validity period of the infotype record accordingly.

Cause:
Quota Validity Period: The quota record may have a validity period that does not cover the entire range specified. For example, if the quota is only valid from January 1 to March 31, but the system is checking for validity from January 1 to December 31, this error will occur.

Adjust Quota Configuration: If the quota type is not configured correctly, you may need to adjust the configuration settings in the SAP system. This may involve working with your HR or SAP configuration team.
Update Employee Status: Ensure that the employee's status is appropriate for the quota being checked. If the employee is on leave or inactive, verify that the quota is still applicable.
