SAP Error Message - Details

  • Message class: HRTIM00REC - HR Messages: Time Recording

  • Message number: 026

  • Message text: Quota record &1 not valid for entire period from &2 to &3

  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

In Customizing, a delimited record is entered for each quota type. This
means that there may be several Customizing records for one quota type.
These records have different characteristics and do not overlap.
In this case, the system has recognized that the record corresponding
to the quota type &V1& is not valid for the entire <ZH>deduction
interval</> of the quota entitlement being processed. If the 'deduction
from date' and 'deduction end date' fields are not filled, they are set
internally to match the 'valid from' and 'valid to' dates of the quota
    entitlement.

    System Response

The current quota entitlement cannot be saved as the time unit or
another counting-related feature changes during its validity period.
This means that a correct quota deduction cannot be made.

    How to fix this error?

Please check the definition of the quota type &V1& and its validity
intervals. Adjust the <ZH>deduction interval</> of the current quota
entitlement accordingly. If no deduction interval is specified, adjust
the validity period of the infotype record accordingly.
