  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The attendance/absence type &V2& for personnel number &V3& is deducted
from various time quotas as determined in the rule tables T556C and
T556R. The counting rules entered in table T556C mean that the quotas
are deducted in different time units (days AND hours). This is not
    allowed.
    This is a customizing error.

    System Response

The first change of time unit was determined when calculating the
deduction on &V1&. The system cancels quota deduction. You cannot save
the attendance or absence record while there is still this
inconsistency in tables T556C and T556R.

    How to fix this error?

Please check which counting rule (for table T556C) was entered in T554S
when the above attendance or absence type was set up. The deduction
rules (T556R) entered for each sequential number for the counting rule
must have the same time unit for the entire duration of the attendance
    or absence.
