Message class: HRTIM00REC - HR Messages: Time Recording
Message number: 021
Message text: Att./abs. type &1 deducted in different time units for pers. no. &2
The attendance/absence type &V1& for personnel number &V2& is deducted
from various time quotas as determined in the rule tables T556C and
T556R. The counting rules in table T556C mean that the quotas are
deducted in different time units (days AND hours) This is not allowed.
This is a customizing error.
The system cancels quota deduction. You cannot save the
attendance/absence record while there is still this inconsistency in
tables T556C and T556R.
Please check which counting rule (for table T556C) was entered in T554S
when the above attendance or absence type was set up. The deduction
rules (T556R) entered for each sequential number for the counting rule
must have the same time unit for the entire duration of the attendance
or absence.
