  • Show details Hide details
  • Generally the error occurs if a multiple employment employee holds
several contracts with different pay dates. In that case it is
necessary that each paydate defines its own priority. Only for the last
pay date in the period the priority of field Main Per No of Infotype
0121 is used. For earlier pay dates the priority is defined by taking
the first contract of the Infotype 0121 list valid on the paydate
processed. However, through termination action it might happen that no
primary contract is defined because no contract is entered on the list
of contracts in Infotype RefPerNo Priority 0121 for the pay date
processed. Under these circumstances the current error message is
produced. The error can be resolved by simply extending the entries on
Infotype 0121 such that on the processed pay date the list of Infotype
0121 contains the contract which should be the primary for the subset
of contracts processed on the pay date. The priority is thus defined by
    respecting also the terminated contracts.
