    employee withdrew from the absence pool or received as a donation is
    less than the amount of leave entered.
    The system has determined that the absence quota itself is less than the
    amount of leave entered.
    In either of these cases, only the smaller amount of leave must be
    returned.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
