Message number: 128
Message text: Leg.per. &1 (&3/&2): WAO diff. premium not zero but premium wage is zero
The legal person &v1& has in period &v3& / &v2& reported paying a WAO/
WGA differentiated premium that is larger than zero, however, they have
not reported paying the corresponding premium wage.
This error can occur in special cases where the employer does not pay
the differentiated insurance premium, rather the employer bears their
own risk for work incapacity. In these cases, the legal person is an
own risk bearer (eigenrisicodrager). In these exceptional cases, the
employer needs to report only the premium wage and not the premiums
paid. If the employer directly uses payroll results for the wage
return, this error does not occur.
The WAO/ WGA differentiated premium differs by employer, as it is based
on a range of employer-related factors (such as how the employer
reintegrates ill employees).
The wage return process cannot be continued until the error is
corrected. A wage return containing this error would be rejected by the
Dutch tax authorities as it violates the L0028 port-check.
To correct this error, you can check the <ZK>V_P05T_KENT_UITS</> view
for an incorrect entry. When the entry is corrected, you can restart
the wage return process. Note, it is not necessary to restart payroll.
For more information about how to correct exceptional cases, see note

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

HRPAYNLLA_EN128
- Leg.per. &1 (&3/&2): WAO diff. premium not zero but premium wage is zero ?The SAP error message HRPAYNLLA_EN128 indicates that there is an issue with the wage type configuration in the payroll process, specifically related to the "WAO diff. premium" (which typically refers to a wage type for a premium or allowance) and its relationship to the premium wage. The error message states that the difference premium is not zero, but the premium wage itself is zero, which is contradictory.
Cause:
- Incorrect Configuration: The wage type for the WAO difference premium may not be configured correctly in the payroll schema or in the wage type characteristics.
- Missing Data: There may be missing or incorrect data in the employee's master data or payroll results that affects the calculation of the premium wage.
- Payroll Schema Issues: The payroll schema may not be processing the wage types correctly, leading to discrepancies in the calculations.
- Time Evaluation Issues: If time evaluation is not set up correctly, it may not be generating the necessary data for the premium wage.
Solution:
Check Wage Type Configuration:
- Go to the wage type configuration in the SAP system (Transaction code: PE01 or PE02) and verify that the WAO difference premium wage type is set up correctly.
- Ensure that the wage type is linked to the correct calculation rules and that it is not set to be processed when the premium wage is zero.
Review Employee Master Data:
- Check the employee's master data (Transaction code: PA30) to ensure that all relevant fields for the premium wage are filled out correctly.
- Look for any missing entries in the infotypes that might affect the calculation.
Analyze Payroll Results:
- Use Transaction code: PC_PAYRESULT to analyze the payroll results for the employee in question. Look for any discrepancies in the wage types and their amounts.
Check Payroll Schema:
- Review the payroll schema (Transaction code: PE01) to ensure that the logic for calculating the WAO difference premium is correctly implemented.
- Make sure that the schema is correctly processing the wage types and that there are no errors in the flow of calculations.
Run Time Evaluation:
- If applicable, ensure that time evaluation has been run correctly for the employee. This can be done using Transaction code: PT60 or PT61.
Consult Documentation:
- Refer to SAP documentation or notes related to payroll processing and wage type configuration for additional guidance.
