Message class: HRPAYNLLA_EN - Error Messages for Wage Return NL
Message number: 127
Message text: Leg.per. &1 (&3/&2): WAO basic premium not zero but premium wage is zero
The legal person &v1& has in period &v3& / &v2& reported paying a WAO/
IVA/ WGA basic premium that is larger than zero, however, they have not
reported paying the corresponding premium wage.
This error can occur when the employer does not pay the WAO/ IVA/ WGA
insurance premium, rather the employer bears their own risk for work
incapacity. In these cases, the legal person is an own risk bearer
(eigenrisicodrager). In these exceptional cases, the employer needs to
report only the premium wage and not the premiums paid. If the employer
directly uses payroll results for the wage return, this error does not
occur.
The WAO/ IVA/ WGA basic premium is a percentage-based premium that is
the same for all employers and provides insurance against work
incapacity.
The wage return process cannot be continued until the error is
corrected. A wage return containing this error would be rejected by the
Dutch tax authorities as it violates the L0026 port-check.
To correct this error, you can check the <ZK>V_P05T_KENT_UITS</> view
for an incorrect entry. When the entry is corrected, you can restart
the wage return process. Note, it is not necessary to restart payroll.
For more information about how to correct exceptional cases, see note
1013715.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

- Review Payroll Configuration: Check the configuration of the payroll schema and wage types to ensure they are set up correctly for WAO calculations. This may involve consulting with a payroll specialist or SAP consultant.
- Run Payroll Simulation: Perform a payroll simulation to identify where the error occurs. This can help pinpoint the specific infotype or configuration causing the issue.
- Correct Infotypes: If any infotypes are missing or incorrect, update them accordingly. Ensure that the premium wage is correctly defined and that the basic premium is set to zero if it should be.
- Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or notes related to WAO calculations and the specific error message for additional guidance.
