V_T5FDSNCOTIS2.
If the ORGAN/COTIS <ZH>&V2&</> contribution to the <ZH>&V3&</> is indeed
a Pension Contribution, check if the associated modifiers are correct.
The MODAS modifier comes from the MODA2 field in view V_T5FDSNCOTIS2.
The RTMOD modifier comes from the return value of the FRATE
characteristic. The CBMOD modifier comes from the return value of the
FPREV characteristic.
