What causes this issue?

The inbox contains a &V1& notification for which there is no
corresponding &V2& notification. However, it was possible to assign the
notification to a personnel number by comparing the notification data
with the master data (personnel number, last name, first name, date of
birth).
This case occurs, for example, if the outgoing notification was sent to
the ZfA by means of a Web form, but the reply from ZfA is sent by
electronic means (which is the ZfA procedure if a communication partner
is registered for both forms of data exchange).

System Response

As it is of no importance for the further processing of the &V1&
notification that there is no &V2& notification, the &V1& notification
is accepted by the system.
Note: This function was added through Note 1533304 ? previously, it was
not possible to process the &V1& notification (error message 'Original
notification not found').

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
