according to appendix 8 of DEUEV.
The notification is created with the status With Errors.
Check the country in the address for the Reporting personnel area of the
payroll office &v2&/&v3&, which is summarized using the subapplication
SVBL.
The address is determined for the address key &v2&&v3& from the view
V_T536C and the address type CA. If no address is maintained in the view
V_T536C for the corresponding address key, the country that corresponds
to the country grouping (MOLGA) is used.
In the view V_T5D4EL, the relevant DEUEV country indicator is assigned
to the country. If no assignment is found in the view, the motor vehicle
country key from the view V_T500 is used.
Check whether the country is maintained correctly in address management
or if the country is maintained correctly in the views V_T5D4EL and
V_T005.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
