How to fix this error?

Check the estimated end of training for the employee in the master data
in the <zk>Date Specifications</> infotype (<zk>0041</>). If you have
implemented the BAdI BADI_HRPAYDE_EL_ASVOREND, check whether the output
of the BAdI is correct.
