Message type: E = Error
Message class: HRPAYDESV - Error Messages Germany Payroll, Social Insurance
Message number: 583
Message text: No suitable entries exist in the log table
In the ELENA procedure, a log entry must be created for each
notification. The report RPCELHD0_OUT, which creates the notification
file, writes an entry in the table P01EL_PROT for each created
notification. When the notification file is sent, the B2A Manager then
writes in the log table for each notification the current date and time
when the notifications were sent to the Zentrale Speicherstelle (ZSS)
(German central storage location).
Since no entries exist in the log table for the file with the data
exchange type &v1&, personnel area/subarea &v2&, file number &v3&, and
sequence number &v4&, the B2A Manager cannot update the date and time in
the table P01EL_PROT.
The log entries were not written.
Check whether log entries were written when the notification file was
created.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
