What causes this issue?

The validity end date of infotype Disability (0004) is after the end of
imputation entered in the <DS:DE.SBAUD>ID end date</> field or
<DS:DE.P01_SB_WEGDT_DAT>Cession date</> field.
In the display created by program RPLEHAD3 (SAPScript form), the end
date of the infotype is decisive for consideration in column 5 (occupied
positions reserved for severely disabled persons).
But for the end of the time limit in the directory of the severely
disabled, only the date in the <DS:DE.SBAUD>ID end date</> field or
<DS:DE.P01_SB_WEGDT_DAT>Cession date</> field is decisive.
In the interface for data transfer to IW-Elan, the number of occupied
positions reserved for the severely disabled (column 5 of the directory)
is not included. When transferring data to IW-Elan, only the end of the
time limit in the directory is decisive for consideration as an occupied
position reserved for severely disabled persons in column 5 of the
display.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

The records of infotype Disability (0004) should be created so that the
end date is not after the <DS:DE.SBAUD>ID end date</> or
