The entire procedure note from the clearing house is as follows:
<LS>552020215 There is already a main employment relationship for the
ref. date ER</>
This is a rejection at employee level.
Registrations are rejected if there is an identity of the ref. date ER
for an active or already deregistered main employment relationship with
a different main employer.
It is not possible from a technical perspective to store two main
employment relationships with the same ref. date ER in the ELStAM
database.

The <LS>Fiscal Data D</> infotype (0012) is not updated.
Clarify who is the main employer in which period.
Register the employee for a different day. To do so, in the <LS>Fiscal
Data D</> infotype (0012), select the <PF>Force Registration</>
checkbox.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
