pension funds. According to sec. 3 no. 3 EStG, however, tax-exempt
conversion is only possible up to 4% of the income threshold for
statutory pension insurance. This limit was reached.
Payroll accounting is carried out anyway. However, the originally
calculated conversion amount is only performed in the amount of the
available quota according to sec. 3 no. 63 EStG.
Note that no further tax-exempt contribution payment to the pension
funds is possible in the remaining months of the calendar year.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
