  • Show details Hide details
  • The wages according to ? 100 EStG include all regular payments that are
the calculation base for employment tax calculation according to ? 39b
    para. 2 EStG.
A final check takes places during the calculation of the employment tax
because the actual, regular taxable wage is not certain until then. If
the calculation of the wages according to ? 100 EStG is completely
incorrect, the payroll calculation is repeated with the actual wages
according to ? 100 EStG. The log shows the different wage types that are
available at the time of determination and that are cumulated in the
current gross amount for taxes. Salary conversions, guaranteed net
amounts, and tax exemption for bonuses that arise later are not
    included.
In the case of retroactive accounting, the payroll system applies the
old wages according to ? 100 EStG.
When manually specifying the wages according to ? 100 EStG (wage type
/44F) there is no new calculation.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
