What causes this issue?

Casual bonuses are only included in the
<DS:HRDS.DSYSLO_ECDWTYP_D6GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA01_HVVV>Standard
Remuneration</> if they have been paid continuously over the past 3
months. These bonuses may only be included in the value credit according
to labor legislation for the standard remuneration if the bonuses are
actually part of the standard remuneration.
If the casual bonuses have not been paid continuously over the past 3
months, these wage types must be added to the value credit that has a
<DS:DE.P01_ATZ_FP_BTRG>Dissavings Wage Type</> that is not included in
the standard remuneration in the exemption phase and that is not
increased.

system tries to use the encoding of the dissavings wage types of the

This may be due to the following reasons:
There are several value credits that have dissavings wage types subject
to tax and that are not included in the standard remuneration (SAP
template: cumulation wage type STAT, dissavings wage type
<DS:HRDS.DSYSLO_ECDWTYP_D6W9AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA01_HVVV>/6W9</>).
The dissavings wage type of the value credit is encoded in cumulation 6
and in processing class
<DS:HRDS.DSYSLO_ECDPRCL_68AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA01_7VVV>68</>, and does not
correspond to the SAP template
<DS:HRDS.DSYSLO_ECDWTYP_D6W9AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA01_HVVV>/6W9</>.

System Response

As the value credit that is not to be increased can not be clearly
determined, the wage types for casual bonuses are also assigned to the
value credit for standard remuneration even if they have not been paid
continuously over the last 3 months.

How to fix this error?

The value credit that is not to be increased is determined in method
GET_SUMMENLOHNART_STAT of class CL_HRPAYDE_ATZ_AWGH. An enhancement of
this method that does not require any modifications allows you to make a
unique assignment of the value credit, even in cases in which the
Customizing of the value credit in table V_T5DA6 is different to what is
expected in the SAP standard system as described above.
