  • What causes this issue?

It is not always necessary to specify the termination date.
The termination date does not need to be specified in the following
    cases:
Sick pay is discontinued for the employee
    The work relationship was temporary
The work relationship was ended by virtue of law or collective agreement

    System Response

As the system cannot recognize the discontinuation of sick pay, the
administrator must decide whether to enter a termination date. If no
termination date is entered, even though sick pay is not being
discontinued, the statement of employment is created with the status
    <LS>With Errors</>.
Here, the system recognizes whether the work relationship was temporary
and was ended by virtue of law or collective agreement, and the field
    can remain blank.
