  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

During processing of the DmfA update declaration, the system detected an
inconsistency between the declaration data for a worker and the data
held by the social insurance (SI) authorities. The inconsistency occurs
at the worker record level for an employee, where the DmfA <ZK><LS>Code
    Subjected</></><LS> </>(<ZH>00425</>) field value equals 1.
When the <ZK><LS>Code Subjected</></> (<ZH>00425</>) field value equals
1, then no differences between the SI authorities database and the
customer database are allowed for the record concerned.

    System Response

The system automatically excludes the effected data (the worker record
for the employee) from the DmfA update declaration. Consequently,
details for the natural person are not reported to the SI authorities.
    <ZH>Note</>: This is a type W message.

    How to fix this error?

The master database for DmfA data is managed by the SI authorities. As a
result, you need to change the system data stored for the natural person
so that it is consistent with the SI master database. Proceed as
    follows:
Before processing the DmfA update declaration, change the master data
    for the employee concerned.
Re-run payroll for the employee to ensure that the system data is
    consistent with the SI data.
If needed, delete the generated B2A process relating to the effected
DmfA update declaration. Then, re-run the DmfA preparation update to
generate consistent data for the employee.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
