Message text: No Update for CUNP; inconsistent with SI data where CodeSubjected=1.
During processing of the DmfA update declaration, the system detected an
inconsistency between the declaration data and the data held by the
social insurance (SI) authorities. The inconsistency occurs at CUNP
(contributions not related to a natural person) level, where the DmfA
<ZK><LS>Code Subjected</></> (<ZH>00425</>) field value equals 1.
When the <ZK><LS>Code Subjected</></><LS> </>(<ZH>00425</>) field value
equals 1, then no differences between the SI database and the customer
database are allowed for the record concerned.
The system automatically excludes data relating to the CUNP differences
from the DmfA update declaration. Consequently, details relating to the
CUNP differences are not reported to the SI authorities.
<ZH>Note</>: This is a type W message.
The master database for DmfA data is managed by the SI authorities. As a
result, you need to change the system data so that it is consistent with
the SI master database. Proceed as follows:
Before processing the DmfA update declaration, change the master data
for the employee concerned.
Re-run payroll for the employee to ensure that the system data is
compliant with the SI data.
If needed, delete the generated B2A process relating to the effected
DmfA update declaration. Then, re-run the DmfA preparation; this ensures
that the CUNP data is correctly calculated.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
