    cluster.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    1) Check whether the user &V1& has sufficient authorization for all
    cluster accesses (for example, using transaction PFCG).
    2) Also check the time-based authorization for the user in the method
    RESTRICT_PAYROLL_ACCESS of BAdI HRPAD00AUTH_TIME.
    To analyze the time-based authorization, you can go to transaction SAAB
    (Checkpoints that Can Be Activated) and activate the logging of log
    points for the checkpoint group HRPAYXX_TIMEDEP_AUTH_PAYRESULT on the
    <ZK>Activation </>tab, and then ask the user to repeat the actions.
    Afterwards, you can see on the <ZK>Log </>tab for which program and for
    which key fields the user is missing authorization.
