    Procedure for System Administrators

    Check the time-based authorization for user &V1& in the method
    RESTRICT_PAYROLL_ACCESS of BAdI HRPAD00AUTH_TIME.
    For the analysis, you can go to transaction SAAB (Checkpoints that Can
    Be Activated) and activate the logging of log points for the checkpoint
    group HRPAYXX_TIMEDEP_AUTH_PAYRESULT on the <ZK>Activation </>tab, and
    then ask the user to repeat the actions.
    Afterwards, you can see on the <ZK>Log </>tab for which program and for
    which key fields the user is missing authorization.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
