What causes this issue?

You upload the XML file with ELN data which contains (in tag <LS><(>
<<)>EMPL_REG_NO></>) the information about the registration number in
FSS of the employer of the employee to whom this sickness certificate is
provided by the medical organization.
However, this ELN number is registered in <LS>Sickness Certificate
Management</> (transaction HRPADRU_LN) to an employee with the relevant
reporting area for which the registration number in FSS is different.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the correctness of the personnel number assignment in the
registration of the processed ELN number in <LS>Sickness Certificate
Management</> (transaction HRPADRU_LN). If the personnel number
assignment is not correct, delete this ELN registration using operation
<LS>Delete Record</> and re-register this ELN number to the correct
personnel number.
Check the correctness of the reporting area assignment in the
registration of the processed ELN number in the <LS>Sickness Certificate
Management</> (transaction HRPADRU_LN). If the reporting area assignment
is incorrect, change it to the correct one using operation <LS>Change
Reporting Area</>.
Check the correctness of the employer?s data (registration number in
FSS) for the given reporting area.
If the registration number in FSS is incorrect in the attributes of the
given reporting area, follow the procedure used in your organization to
update the employer?s data for reporting.
If the registration number in FSS is incorrect in the incoming XML file
with ELN data, follow the procedure used in your organization for
re-issuing an incorrect ELN in order to get the updated XML file with
correct information about the employer?s registration number in FSS.
