on the same date.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Change your settings in the Customizing activity
<DS:SIMG.OHIKZMDPA_IT0022_003>Enter Data for Professions and
Qualifications</>.
Change the date of the infotype entry used for reading the customizing
for <ZH>links between Professions and Qualifications</>. The End date of
the infotype entry is used if the current subtype of <ZH>Education</>
infotype (0022) (Educational Establishment) is linked with the<ZH> Type
of Education </>with set flag <ZH>Period of Education</>. If this flag
is not set, then the Start date of the infotype entry is used for
reading the customizing.
