- Reassign the appraiser role to another employee.
- Complete or close any ongoing appraisals where the employee is involved.
Update Records: After removing the appraiser assignment, ensure that all related records are updated accordingly.
Retry Archiving: Once the appraiser assignment has been cleared, you can attempt the archiving process again.
