  • What causes this issue?

The employee has notified you that they (and possibly also their
partner) are not entitled to SPL/ShPP.

    System Response

They have done this within the 8 week time limit from the date that they
notified you of their orginal decision to take SPL/ShPP.
This means that the Mother/Adopter has the opportunity to revoke their
    curtailment.

    How to fix this error?

The Mother/Adopter can revoke within 8 weeks their notice to end
maternity/adoption leave (before the curtailment date) if it is
discovered that either M or P is not eligible for SPL or ShPP.
<ZH>N.B. If neither M nor P is eligible for SPL or ShPP then there is no
entitlement to curtail the MPP/APP or MAP/AAP and the notice is invalid
no revocation is needed. If there is no entitlement to SPL or ShPP then
the notice to curtail the MPP/APP is void whenever is discovered.
Ensure that, if your employee is the Mother/Adopter, that you remove
her curtailment date accordingly on her Maternity/Adoption record
    (IT0088).</>
