    You tried to create a new scenario. To avoid namespace conflicts, you
    are not allowed to create scenarios in SAP systems.

    The system prevents you from entering a new scenario.

    How to fix this error?

    If you require a new scenario, send an internal problem message to the
    component PA-BC. State the system, the package, the required scenario,
    and its name.
    If you need a temporary scenario (for example for test purposes), use a
    scenario with "$" as the first character. Such scenarios, however, must
    not be transported or delivered. For this reason you cannot create them
    in customizing clients.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
