    You tried to create a new relationship. To avoid namespace conflicts,
    you are not permitted to create relationships in SAP systems.

    How to fix this error?

    If you need a new relationship, write an internal problem message with
    the component PA-BC. Include the system, the development class, the
    required relationship, and its description.
    If you need a temporary relationship (for example, for test purposes),
    use relationships 880 to 899. These, however, must not be transported
    or delivered. For that reason, they cannot be created in Customizing
    clients.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
