    How to fix this error?

    Save the current document as a Held Document.
    Go out of the document and enter the grant master data transaction.
    Modify Grant &V1&.
    Enter a Responsibility type with Budget Approval Activity.
    Enter a valid organizational object.
    Save.
    Access the held document.
    Try to prepost again.
