    transferred to the reservation system is probably inconsistent. The
    System could not determine which form violation occurred.
    This error is known to occur when your Customizing settings specify a
    queue for the processing travel agency that has not been set up for
    this travel agency in the SABRE reservation system.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
