How to fix this error?

Open the trip in Change Mode in the Planning Manager (Transaction TP01)
or Travel Manager (Transaction TRIP), this will automatically import
all of the current trip data from the reservation system, and then
choose save.
You will then have access to the current vaild trip data/information.
