for Branch</> function in company code &V1&. It is possible that you may
have to carry out additional activities on account of this change.

    System Response

Using this message, the system informs you about how to proceed, and
possible restrictions where you are already using Collections Management
    in company code .

    How to fix this error?

If you are already using Collections Management and Accounts Receivable
in <ZH>separate</> systems and consequently configured for your several
system scenario, the following procedure is required to activate the
<LS>All Items for Branch Office</> function: enter the current IDoc type
(<LS>Basis Type</>) in the partner agreements of the corresponding ALE
distribution model for message type COLLECTIONDATA_SENDITEMS.
Following activation or deactivation of the <LS>All Items for Branch</>
function it is necessary to recreate the data for Collections
Management. Start program FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS for distribution of data
in Collections Management with the option <LS>Initial Data Transfer</>
so that the data is recreated in Collections Management in accordance
    with your changes.
Once you have done this create new worklists in Collections Management.
<ZH>Activation</>: If you activate the <LS>All Items for Branch</>
function and you are already using SAP Collections Management in company
code &V1&, then note the following:
With this setting, the system creates worklist items for
    <DS:GLOS.3526B818AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>Branch Accounts</> that are
entered in the invoice items. For head offices, meaning for customer
accounts posted to in the invoice items, it only creates entries if
<ZH>no</> branch accounts are entered in the invoice items.
If there is no worklist item for a head office, you can access the
receivables for the head office by choosing <PF>Enhanced View of the
Head Office</>. These receivables are only ever displayed and you cannot
process them. The function for closing resubmissions is, however,
    active.
<ZH>Deactivation</>: If you deactivate the <LS>All Items for Branch</>
function and you are already using SAP Collections Management in
companycode &V1&, then note the following:
With this setting, the system creates worklist items for the head
offices, meaning for the customer accounts posted to in the invoice
    items.
It <ZH>does not</> create worklist items for branch accounts. This can
result in you no longer being able to access customer contacts and
resubmissions that you previously created for the Branch Accounts.
If you use BI content in SAP Collections Management, you have to carry
out an initial data transfer into the BI system for the corresponding
company code once you have activated or deactivated the <LS>All Items
for Branch</> function. To do this, proceed as follows:
Delete the data in the DataStore-Object (DSO) 0CLM_DS05.
Delete the corresponding data transfer process requests (DTP Requests).
Delete the data in the <DS:GLOS.8A22342201FED311840A0004ACA6E0D1>
Persistent Staging Area (PSA)</> for DataSources 0CLM_INVOICE and
    0CLM_P2P_INVOICE.
    In the <DS:GLOS.361878676BCA5D02E10000009B38F983>InfoPackage</>, delete
the initial data requests for DataSources 0CLM_INVOICE and
    0CLM_P2P_INVOICE.
Check the data selection of DataSources 0CLM_INVOICE and
0CLM_P2P_INVOICE and start the initial data transfer for the
    corresponding company code again.
Refresh DataStore object 0CLM_DS05 via DTP and then activate the data if
    necessary.
