  • What causes this issue?

When you upload periodic meter reading results without meter reading
reasons, meter reading order creation is started internally. The
foundation for creating orders is a schedule record that contains the
    planning data.
An order is only created when a schedule record is found. The system
searches for the planned meter reading date from the schedule record.
If the planned meter reading date does not agree with the actual meter
reading date, the input is rejected. Any tolerance configured in table
TE410 (parameters for recording meter reading data) is taken into
    account in the process.
The system attempted to find a schedule record between &v3& and &v4&.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the data.
If the grace period has been exceeded, enter the order manually.
If no schedule record exists for this period, generate a schedule
    record.
