    Note to system administration
If an electronic work instruction belongs to several batch records, the
relevant document is still archived only once and referred to from all
    corresponding batch records.
The electronic work instruction &V1& has already been archived in
another batch record. However, the status <LS>Archived</> has not been
set in the electronic work instruction due to a system error. For this
reason, the existing archive document cannot be referred to during
archiving of the current batch record.
