The <LS>Deviations</> document is archived automatically.
A dialog box appears in which you can decide on whether you want to
archive the <LS>Deviations</> document.
If a dialog box appears, specify whether you want to archive the
<LS>Deviations</> document.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
