  • What causes this issue?

    For you to be able to generate a batch record for a batch, all the
    corresponding process orders must have been assigned status <LS>BRRQ
    (Batch record required)</>.
    Process order &V1& has not been assigned this status. For this reason,
    the system does not generate a batch record for the corresponding batch.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to generate batch records for your batches, in the future
    use an order type for which the <LS>Batch record required</> indicator
    has been set in Customizing. The system then assigns status <LS>BRRQ
    (Batch record required</>) when the order is released.
    You cannot correct this setting for existing orders or the batch you
    have selected.
