What causes this issue?

The calculated dates of the project element are outside the time frame
defined by the superior project element.
Example:
You have set the <ZK>Finish no earlier than</> constraint on a phase.
The scheduling type of the corresponding project is <ZH>bottom-up
scheduling</>.
Due to a change to the duration of a subtask, the duration of the phase
is adjusted (bottom-up scheduling) which violates the constraint.
The scheduling type of the corresponding project is <ZH>top-down
scheduling</>.
The first subtask that violates the time frame that was defined by the
phase is shown.

System Response

The calculated dates of the project element are accepted despite the
fact that they exceed the time frame.

How to fix this error?

Check for the affected project element whether the duration,
constraints, and links to other project elements are realistic.
Check for the superior project element whether the duration and
constraints are realistic.

Either adjust the duration of the subtasks or move the constraint from
the phase to the subtasks so that the duration of the phase is
influenced accordingly.
